owners of a pepper spray pistol do not need to undergo background checks because the atf does not classify c02 guns as a firearm (with the exception of ca, where our product is illegal due to the chemical compound).

can i order if i live in california, new york, or massachusetts?

as with any new technology, there is no standard for regulation across the us yet. the good news is that we are working to get our country and state officials with us in opening the paths to make this safer alternative available to everyone.

we are technically illegal to own in california. you may still own salt in new york and massachusetts, however due to shipping restrictions on pepper sprays of all types we cannot ship directly to ny or ma.

the intended use for this product is in the home. however, you may find it useful in other environments.

our goal is for you to have a device that enables you to keep yourself and your loved ones safe at all times.

this may mean that you choose to use the device in other settings.

there are certain environments that prohibit the use of c02 pistols and/or pepper spray. for example, commercial aircraft, federal and state owned buildings and other places with a security checkpoint.

in 38 states, there are no age restrictions. the following states require owners be at least 18: alaska, delaware, illinois, new jersey, new york, north carolina, washington dc and wisconsin. in the state of washington, you can be 14 (with a parent’s permission) or 18 years old.
